What is the Order Delivery time for your products?

Normally, we take 24 to 48hrs to process your order.

No, we are in Karachi only

Where do we deliver your product from?

Our office is located in Karachi, Pakistan. Our city warehouse is located in Karachi.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, we provide order # you may check your order via email at customer@instantmart.pk

I am missing some items from my order, what happens?

Normally, after order placing by customer, we call to customer with checking of order items and
advise what items you ordered and what we’re sending by rider

I have received a damaged item. What can I do about it?

We’re sorry to hear that. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item in question to the email
address: customer@instantmart.pk and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as
possible.

I still haven’t received my order. What is taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Normally we give the time 24 to 48hrs for delivery however sometimes
order get delay due to shortage of items from company shipping can take longer than expected time.
However, you can track your order by email or whtsapp number. If you still feel you need help
tracking your package or would like to inquire about it, please contact us by email at
customer@instantmart.pk

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to provide order as per customer confirmation and customers may have their online
items. If anything not provided as per customer requirement then we can of course make the
payment, provided the claim is made within 30 days of the order date and the product(s) concerned
